Heuron Participates in the 2025 Cerebrovascular and Stroke Research Society Symposium

Jun. 2025

''Heuron Inc. (CEO Donghoon Shin), a leading medical artificial intelligence (AI) company specializing in neurovascular diseases, participated in the 2025 Cerebrovascular and Stroke Research Society Symposium held on June 14 at Seoseonghwan Hall, Seoul National University Hospital.

At the symposium, Heuron showcased its AI solutions at its exhibition booth, including the Heuron StroCare Suite™, an AI solution for rapid stroke triage based on non-contrast CT. The company also presented Heuron CTP and Heuron CTA, solutions designed for detailed stroke assessment using contrast-enhanced CT imaging.

In addition, Donghoon Shin (CEO of Heuron and board-certified neurologist) and Aleum Lee Chief Medical Officer delivered presentations on Heuron’s AI-based stroke research and its clinical applications. Their talks drew significant interest and positive responses from healthcare professionals and researchers in attendance.

Medical professionals visiting the Heuron booth commented, “Since stroke requires rapid diagnosis, we prioritize CT over MRI due to its faster imaging and better accessibility. If Heuron’s three AI solutions can cover all stroke-related CT imaging and support diagnosis, they will be highly valuable tools for clinicians working on the front lines.”

CEO Shin remarked, “Participating in this symposium was a great opportunity not only to present our stroke solutions directly to clinicians, but also to provide an in-depth academic introduction to the usefulness and necessity of Heuron AI. We are pleased to demonstrate how our AI can benefit not only stroke patients, but also the medical professionals working in clinical settings.”
